Overview

The People Team Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the People Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a variety of professionals, contribute to team initiatives, and help support core Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and organized Human Resources professional who brings strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with an onsite presence required, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with scheduling, aids in administration, and compliance matters at DreamHost

  • Assist with scheduling, administrative support, and compliance-related activities at DreamHost

  • Manage monthly consultant invoice processing and partner with Finance to ensure timely submission and payment

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of team members, including Paycom training, preparation and review of new hire documentation, E-Verify processing, and collection of headshots

  • Manage and maintain internal systems, including WorkTango, DoorDash, FoodPanda, Egencia, and Concur

  • Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to plan and coordinate company events, including quarterly meetings and large-scale, company-wide events

  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of company-wide Slack channels

  • Manage administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, updating the company intranet/wiki, and maintaining accurate filing systems

  • Manage the People Team's corporate credit card expenses through Concur and provide detailed monthly reporting

  • Support the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and conducting phone and video screenings

  • Preparing offer letters

  • Sending welcome packets to new team members

  • Initiate and monitor background checks through HireRight

  • Helping with the onboarding process

  • Assists with ad hoc projects and special events as needed

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, tech industry preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Practical experience will be considered as a substitute

  • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

Compensation & Benefits

  • $28.00 - $30.00/ hrly
