Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to drive data-informed strategies that engage, retain, and grow our customer base. As a senior individual contributor, you will own the end-to-end development and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will be responsible for customer targeting, segmentation, campaign management, and journey mapping to support the expansion of our product portfolio across all markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and leverages data to build impactful customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, design, and execution of customer lifecycle marketing programs across channels including email, push, SaaS platform messaging, etc.
Map and optimize customer journeys across the full lifecycle, identifying friction points and opportunities to increase acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Develop and manage customer segmentation frameworks to ensure campaigns are personalized and relevant to diverse customer groups.
Use data-driven insights to design, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, ensuring measurable business impact.
Partner with creative, content, product, and data teams to deliver engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned customer experiences.
Establish metrics and reporting frameworks for lifecycle programs, regularly analyzing performance and translating insights into actionable improvements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on communication and CRM best practices, tools, and technologies, helping the organization adopt a customer-first mindset.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of demonstrated success in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer journey management, ideally supporting digital products.
Proven expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and campaign management across multiple outbound channels (email, push, in-app).
Hands-on experience with leading CRM or multi-channel marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global markets and multi-product portfolios.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses.\
Salary range: $120K-$135K/year
